BEMIDJI — Among the longest running traditions in stock car racing in the Northland is the Paul Bunyan Stampede at the Bemidji Speedway. For 38 years the speedway has hosted racers and fans from across the Midwest in one of the premiere events of the season. The current points leader at Bemidji Speedway in the Wissota Super Stock class is 23-year-old Tyler Kintner of Hibbing.
