    Apprenticeship programs are providing great career pathways for TeVaan Paye of Minneapolis, Connor Langer of Owatonna and more than 12,000 other Minnesotans. Apprenticeship is a centuries-old training system that combines on-the-job learning with formal classroom instruction.
