    The construction project on County State Aid Highway 33, Mission Road NE, will begin paving operations starting Monday, September 28th. The paving is expected to take about a week to complete, weather permitting. A pilot car will be in place to guide motorists through the construction zone. Please use the detour already in place to avoid this area if possible. If you must travel in the construction area expect significant delays and use caution.     Construction Begins on Co Hwy 23 (Gull Lake Loop Road) from US HWY 71 at Turtle River to Co Hwy 29 on the north side of Gull Lake. Resurfacing of Co Hwy 23, Gull Lake Loop Rd NW, will commence on TUESDAY JULY 14, 2015. Motorists can expect delays at times. There is no detour for this work. Traffic Control will be in place.     FROM THE BELTRAMI COUNTY HWY DEPT Maintenance for the Bridge located on Lake Ave., crossing the Mississippi River, will begin Monday June 17, as part of a Bituminous Surfacing project from 1st Street to Lakeside Drive (2.5 miles). The contractor will be installing portable signal lights at the bridge and traffic will be restricted to one lane only.     Construction Begins on Co Rd 301 (Puposky Road NW) from Irvine Ave N (Co Rd 15) to Great Divide Rd NW (Co Rd 26) Construction will begin on Monday May 20, 2013.
