    (AP) — The manhunt for the man accused of fatally stabbing his wife in northwestern Minnesota is over. According to the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Eric Reinbold, 44, was arrested early Wednesday morning in a wooded area north of Oklee, KFGO reported. Reinbold has eluded authorities for weeks.     An 18-year-old Bagley girl, Raina Neeland was recently awarded a posthumous Congressional Medal of Citizen Honors Award. Neeland passed away saving her three younger cousins from drowning in a Clearwater County Dam in August of 2020. She is a recipient of the Single Act of Heroism Award.     Daniel Jourdain has been sworn in to the Bemidji City Council. He will serve in the councilor at-large position, which represents each of Bemidji's five wards.     A 28-year-old Bemidji man is in custody and charged with two felonies for allegedly shooting at law enforcement officers in a standoff near Bemidji.     A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested by the Bemidji Police Department on Friday, August 21st in connection to a shooting at 2800 Ridgeway Avenue NW in Bemidji on August 17th.     Cases of COVID-19 in Beltrami County are slowly increasing. The county’s total now sits at 21 positive cases with no deaths. As of last week, Sanford Health in Bemidji had admitted its first COVID-19 patient.
