The Beltrami County Environmental Services Department and Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD), in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), will offer a free nitrate water-testing clinic at the Frohn Town Hall this Thursday May 31 from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Frohn town hall is located at 8769 Roosevelt RD SE (about 4 miles east of Bemidji). BEMIDJI, MN, April 20, 2012-The Irvine Avenue Bridge will close to traffic on Wednesday, April 25th for 30 calendar days. A detour will be located in the general vicinity. The closure is for the replacement of three expansion joints on the bridge. Replacement is necessary as one of the three expansion joints was noncompliant during the 2011 annual City bridge inspection.
