Thank You Little Rock - Community Cookout held at Little Rock Ball Field - P7

LITTLE ROCK DISTRICT - A "Thank You Littlerock" Community Cookout was held at the Little Rock Ball Field at 6 PM on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

Everyone was welcome and several men, women and children attended, where there was lots of food and visiting.

The event was sponsored by newly elected Little Rock Representative Adrian Beaulieu, who was sworn into office on Tuesday, June 12th at the Regular Tribal Council Meeting, along with Ponemah Representative Gary Nelson.

Beaulieu will hold that position until 2022.

The Runoff Election for the remaining Council seats up for election is scheduled for Wednesday, July 18, 2018.

Darrell Seki Sr. and Floyd "Buck" Jourdain are in a runoff for the Chairman's office; Darwin Sumner and Sam Strong are running for the Secretary's office; Annette Johnson and Chad Prentice are in the runoff for the Treasurer's office; Julius "Tody" Thunder and Thomas "Jambi" Westbrook are running for Redby Representative; Donald Good Sr. and David Desjarlait are in a runoff for Red Lake Representative; and Michelle "Barrett" Cobenais and William "Billy" Green are in a runoff for the 2-year Little Rock Representative seat.
