BP: Redby man pleads guilty in child's killing

MINNEAPOLIS -- A Redby man who allegedly killed his 1-year-old son pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to one count of second-degree murder.

Gary Wayne Jackson, Jr. appeared in court in Minneapolis Wednesday morning. During the 21-minute hearing Jackson entered his plea and was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal, where he will remain until he is sentenced in October.
