Babaamaajimowinan (Telling of news in different places)
Bring Her Home illuminates the ongoing epidemic of missing and murdered indigenous women. Thirty original works of art by sixteen visual Native artists from across the continent, to expand the reach and awareness of the international movement Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW) and disparate sexual exploitation of indigenous women are on display.
The artwork seeks to honor the sacredness of all Native women and to reclaim the identities of the thousands of the MMIW. All members of the community are welcome!
