Mark Dayton orders flags at half-staff in memory of Barbara Bush

The governor of Minnesota ordered flags to fly at half-staff Wednesday in memory of former first lady Barbara Bush, who died Tuesday at 92.

Gov. Mark Dayton ordered U.S. and state flags to fly at half-staff at government buildings until sunset on the day of interment. The directives were made in accordance with a proclamation issued by U.S. President Donald Trump.
