Sex offender with dual citizenship charged with raping, impregnating minor

BAY CITY, MI -- A 63-year-old man, who is a registered sex offender in Canada, is now facing charges in U.S. federal court for allegedly raping a preteen girl several times and potentially inducing a rare pregnancy complication.

A grand jury on Wednesday, April 11, indicted Byron Dale Bird on the following 14 charges:
