WBL police seek help in finding 'vulnerable adult who may be lost and disoriented'

The White Bear Lake Police Department is asking for help in locating a 22-year-old man who is described as a “vulnerable adult who may be lost and disoriented.”

Roberto Marquez, a White Bear Lake resident, was last seen Saturday afternoon when he left his residence on foot to go to a nearby Super America on Century Avenue.
