Red Lake Middle School competes in Northwest Regional History Day Competition

Two projects selected to advance to State History Day in Minneapolis

On March 19, 2018, students from Red Lake Middle School competed in the Northwest Regional History Day Competition hosted by Bemidji State University. Schools from around the area competed including Bagley Jr. Sr. High School, Bemidji Middle School, Blackduck Elementary, Northland Community Schools, Cass Lake-Bena Middle School, and Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School. History Day projects related to the theme "Conflict and Compromise in History." Four projects from Red Lake Middle School competed; two projects were selected to advance to State History Day at the University of Minnesota in April. Congratulations to all the students, they worked very hard.
