Red Lake Law Enforcement investigating missing person, Amy Lynn Dow

Seeks public's help with any information on the case

RED LAKE, MN- On February 13, 2018, the Red Lake Department of Public Safety received a report from a Red Lake Reservation resident from Ponemah who wanted to report his daughter as a missing person. A criminal Investigator was assigned to the case and learned from the father that she was last seen by family members on January 24, 2018. He identified the missing person as Amy Lynn Dow, age 27 and she was immediately entered as a Missing Person into NCIC on the same day law enforcement received the missing person report and information was also placed on the Minnesota BCA Crime Alert Network. Amy is reported to be 5'03", 98 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She also has two moles on the left side of her face with one on her cheek and the other on her upper lip and has a tattoo on her left chest that says "Castillo".

After being reported as a missing person by law enforcement and family members, information was received that Amy may have been seen at a local McDonald's in Bemidji, MN on February 17 and in addition, there were also reports that she may have been seen in Nay Tay Waush, MN and also at the Shooting Star Casino on the White Earth Reservation on February 13th and that information remains under investigation.

The Missing Person case is being investigated by the Red Lake Department of Public Safety, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). Law enforcement did receive additional information that Amy was last seen leaving her residence in Ponemah on January 27, 2018 and is still following leads in the case but is still looking for assistance from the public.
