Join Sheila Terryll, a leadership and fundraising mentor, from Wiser Wolf of Minneapolis, for an interactive capacity-building workshop focusing on the specific needs of the attendees, as identified at the start of the workshop and to incorporate audience development. Including a 1.5 hour working lunch session with the goal of crafting specific capacity building plans and strategies. Presented for the region's arts organizations by Region 2 Arts Council. Sandwich lunch provided.
