Northern Cheyenne Tribal president says court order to keep him from office is moot

LAME DEER — The newly elected president of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe was inaugurated Monday, but on Tuesday, he was served with an order that prevents him from taking office until a complaint filed about his opponent is resolved.

L. Jace Killsback signed his oath of office for president on Monday and the document was stamped and notarized.
