Metro Transit bus displays 'Go Saints' sign, and Vikings fans are not amused

With Vikings fans on edge about Sunday’s playoff game, this wasn’t the weekend for a Metro Transit bus to display a message cheering for the St. Paul baseball team.

The Vikings’ foe on Sunday is the New Orleans Saints. So Kimberly Mikrot was surprised to see a Metro Transit bus with the words “Go Saints” in lights above the windshield. Her friend Tony Johnson snapped a photo in Northeast Minneapolis and she tweeted the picture at Metro Transit, asking, “What’s this about?”
