* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the evening commute on Wednesday.

* WHERE...3 to 6 inches of snow are expected from Watford City through Washburn, Carrington and Jamestown, and also across the Turtle Mountains. 1 to 3 inches for Manning through Bismarck and Steele.

* WHEN...3 AM CST Wednesday to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause some blowing and drifting snow.
