Bemidji Pioneer: Cass Lake-Bena wins holiday hoops tourney

THIEF RIVER FALLS -- Arnold Kingbird brought home MVP honors and his Cass Lake-Bena boys basketball team claimed the tournament title at the Northland Community Technical College Thief River Falls Holiday Tournament over the weekend.

The Panthers defeated Stephen Argyle 79-48 in the championship game Saturday night in Thief River Falls.
