Single mom says drugs in her building, but can't break her lease

MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) - A single mother of young daughters—asking to remain anonymous—contacted Valley News Live’s whistleblower hotline when her landlord wouldn't let her break her lease.

She says the halls constantly smell of smoke and marijuana, and it's bad for her daughters' health.
