George Earl Roy, 76, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul, MN. He was born on July 9,1941 in White Earth to James and Martha Roy. George married Patricia J. Roy in April of 1962. They were happily married for 47 years. George worked at St. Joseph's Hospital for 40 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He was also actively involved in his community.

George is survived by sister, Susanna Jackson; daughters, Dawn Roy and Denise Roy; foster children: Andy, Lance, Hila and Felina; and many nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great- nephews, as well as other family and friends.
