William "Bill" Joseph Morrison, age 68, of St. Paul and formerly of Duluth Journeyed to the Spirit World on Thursday, October 5th, 2017.

He was born in Red Lake on August 14, 1949 the son of Winfield and Franice (Gurneau) Morrison.

He was formerly employed as a counselor in chemical dependency and later spent twenty seven years in counselling in Duluth High Schools Education System District # 709.

Survived by his loving companion: Darla Feather of Red Lake; a daughter: Tanya Taylor of Minneapolis; sons: William Bunker Jr. of Minneapolis and Joseph Brown of Cass Lake; sisters: Anita Towne of Duluth, Aldene Morrison of Cass Lake, Donna Morrison of Red Lake and LaVonne Schmunk of Bemidji; a brother: Bob Morrison of Duluth; grandchildren, great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, a sister Annette and by brothers Ronald, John and Larry.

Funeral services for William "Bill" Morrison will be held on Monday, October 9th, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at The Red lake Community Center.

All night wakes will be held at the Community Center on Saturday, October 7th and Sunday, October 8th beginning at 3:00 P.M.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Robert Morrison and Vincent Morrison.

Casket Bearers will be Harold White Jr., Mike Munnell, Walter Jourdain, Tony May, Jerry Morgan, Darryl Northbird, Dean Stillday, Chad Morrison, Lee Morrison, Keegan Morrison, Leonard Morrison and Kevin Soukup.

Interment Fox Point Burial Grounds in Redby.
