Bemidji Pioneer: Deer River girls reported missing have been found

DEER RIVER -- Two Deer River girls who were reported missing Tuesday were found safe Wednesday afternoon.

According to a news release, authorities found Domaneeck Evelyn Allen, 12, and Zoey Asanniece Allen, 14, “in good physical condition.” The release did not say where the girls were found.

Domaneeck and Zoey had last been seen at their Deer River home at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. They had left a note saying they were running away.
