HIIT Clssses to be offered at Red Lake Humanities Center Weight Room

Parents and school age children HIIT Classes will be offered at the Red Lake Humanities Center Weight Room.

These classes will be taught by School Resource Officer Alea Richardson on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM - 3 PM

There is no need to register and beginners are welcome.

These classes are not offered when community events are utilizing the Humanities Center.
