James Robert "Chun" Dudley Jr., age 31, of Redby, MN journeyed to the Spirit World on May 24, 2017.

He was born on September 3, 1985 in Bemidji, MN the son of James R. and Winona (Strong) Dudley Sr.

Chun attended Red Lake Elementary and High School. He loved the outdoors including fishing, hunting, picking morel mushrooms every year and contracting with his dad. He enjoyed watching sports especially the MN Vikings, the MN Twins, the Lynx and Gonzaga basketball. Chun loved being with his family and hanging out with his friends. He enjoyed watching his favorite tv shows and talking on the phone with Misty. He was an avid tv show/movie buff, if you couldn't think of an actor or actress name, he would know it. He liked having a good time and making people laugh.

James is survived by his parents, brothers Joseph D. (Misty Sumner) Strong, Harrison E. (Nicole) Dudley Sr., Floyd (Daisy) Strong and Ronald L. (Julie) Strong; special aunties Debbie, Mary and Becky; uncles Clayton, Peter, Tom, Dave, John, Gerry and Richard; numerous cousins; special cousin/sister: Floris Strong; many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for James Dudley Jr. will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 11: 00 AM at the Redby Episcopal Church in Redby, MN. George Ross and Willie Strong will officiate.

All-Night wakes will be held Monday, May 29 beginning at 2 PM and continuing through Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the New Redby Community Center in Redby, MN.

Honorary casket bearers are Misty Sumner, Julie Oliver, Cora Neadeau, Stephen Strong, Derek Strong, Clayton Strong Jr., Quinten Strong, Evnell Bearret, Leahuna Bearret, Kim Dudley, Mike & Kel Ravensborge, Dan Wells, Marla King, Carmen Clark, Kristina & Angela LaDuke, Shawn Oakgrove Sr., Jeff & Amanda Jourdain.

Casket bearers are Joe Strong, Floyd Strong, Harrison Dudley, Ron Strong, Kevin King and Mike Thunder. Alternates are Rick Strong, Dillon McBride and Harley Graves.
