Cheyenne G. Coon, age 27, of Black River Falls, WI journeyed to the Spirit World on April 23, 2017 in Minneapolis.

He was born on January 23, 1990 in Eau Claire, WI the son of Henry Whitethunder and Jerilyn Holden.

Cheyenne loved his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed going to Pow-Wows. He liked watching sports, especially football and basketball, he was a big Vikings fan. He enjoyed playing blackjack, cooking and traveling. He liked to "cruise" the Twin Cities.

He is survived by his parents; significant other Kathleen Funmaker; children Cashis Coon, Taylor Coon, Kendrick Coon, Ayasha Coon, Lyniah Coon and Nola Coon; brother George Coon; sisters Jerilyn Jackson; Alexandria Whitethunder; Dominique Whitethunder and Valerainna Whitethunder; many other relatives and friends.

An all-night wake will be held Tuesday, April 25 beginning at 6 PM at the Little Earth Community Gym in Minneapolis. Further all-night wake will be held on Wednesday, April 26th beginning at 5 PM at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward, WI. Funeral services for Cheyenne Coon will be held Thursday, April 27 at Pineview Funeral Service at 11 AM.

Interment at Coon Family Cemetery, Hayward, WI.

Honorary Casketbearers will be Justin Coon, Dominic Coon, Thomas Thayer, Kyril Coon, Jaime

Thayer-Vega, Javier Yanez, Makoons Coon, George Coon, and Jordan Funmaker.

Casketbearers will be Brandon Howard, Travis Wilkins, Daniel Mitchell, Forrest Grover, Vincent Stevens, Forrest Coon and Jordan Funmaker.

Chilson Funeral Home, Winsted, MN assisted the family with arrangements.
