National Elementary Honor Society students at Red Lake Elementary accomplish their goal to purchase a Buddy Bench for their playground. Throughout the school year the students had conducted bake sales and sold kindness gram(s) to raise funds.
On April 24 a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating their commitment took place.
A Buddy Bench is a simple idea to eliminate loneliness and foster friendship on the playground. Let's spread the message of inclusion and kindness!
