Bemidji Pioneer: Jury finds man guilty of sex assault

BEMIDJI -- A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman while she slept in her Bemidji apartment was found guilty of third-degree criminal sexual conduct Thursday.

Michael John Wind, 33, was arrested on Dec. 23 and pleaded not guilty to the charge Feb. 13.
