Rollover crash on Cattaraugus reservation leads to marijuana charges

A one-car rollover crash Monday morning on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation led to marijuana possession charges against three people, the Erie County Sheriff's Office said.

The crash happened at about 2:46 a.m. on Versailles Plank Road, the Sheriff's Office said.

Karrigan Jimerson, 20, of Brant; Mark Swantek, 23, of Brant; and Keith Renaldo, 33, of Angola, were charged with criminal possession of marijuana. Deputies issued the three appearance tickets and they were released.

No information was immediately available from the Sheriff's Office about whether anyone was injured in the crash.
