'Sioux Chef' cooks for inaugural fundraising dinner at AIRC

BEMIDJI— Rabbit pate with apple broth and a pumpkin seed brittle cress, spaghetti squash with pea and corn shoots, a wild rice cracker with blueberry drizzle.

That and more was on the menu Friday night at BSU's American Indian Resource Center's inaugural Fundraising Dinner for American Indian Student Success.
