DATA COORDINATOR

CHEMICAL HEALTH PROGRAMS

Open: February 8, 2017

Closing: February 24, 2017 @ 3:00 p.m.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Maintains internal records and process documents related to state/federal grants, also responsible for correcting completing and processing electronic claims for billable services. Reports to Project Director, full-time position w/benefits, salary; $11.00/hrly (w/$1.00 increase after successful completion of 90-day probationary period).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Maintain office filing system

• Must be proficient in data entry

• Must be able to submit electronic claim forms into billing systems

• Must be able to reconcile billing statements

• Must maintain accurate records of all transactions

• Must attend workshops, trainings and meetings as required

• Provides courteous and efficient service

• Ability to handle multi-functions

• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and office functions

• Work with tribal, state and federal agencies and chemical dependency providers

• Work with federal, state, county and tribal courts and probation officers

• Must be punctual in work attendance

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

• Participate in mandatory drug/alcohol testing when called upon

• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least one (1) year of being chemically free

• High school diploma/GED, and one year experience in office procedures

• Possess computer skills w/knowledge using Microsoft Office

• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Employment contingent upon successfully passing Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Test and Background Check
