Bemidji man pleads not guilty to felony drug charges

BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji man charged with four counts of felony drug possession pleaded not guilty to each charge Monday.

Brandin Charles Curtis, 21, was arrested Nov. 20 after the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office seized marijuana, LSD, methamphetamine and cocaine from a home 3800 block of Dunne Road, according to a criminal complaint.

Curtis is charged with fifth-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, fourth-degree possession of LSD, third-degree possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and second-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
