Eldon Ronald Cloud, Sr., age 28, "Miituwegaboo" which means "Man Standing from the North" of the Bullhead Clan "Awaasi-wag" and Blackduck, Minnesota entered the spirit world on November 13, 2016 from the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Eldon was born in Bemidji, MN on February 15, 1988 the son of Ronald Cloud, Sr. and Jessie Jones.

Eldon enjoyed being with his kids Eldon Jr. and Koda and the rest of his family, especially with his brothers Harold and Dan Raincloud. Eldon liked riding around with his friends, playing his PS4, going to the casino and lottery tickets. Eldon played football during high school and graduated from Red Lake High School in 2006. After school he worked at the Seven Clans Casino in Thief River Falls as a slot attendant and then at the Four Bears Casinos as a cook in North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana until coming home to Blackduck.

Welcoming Eldon to the spirit world are his father; Ronald Cloud, Sr., his sisters; Orlene Jones and Danita Cloud, grandparents; Augustine and Hilma Cloud and Frederick and Julia Jones, nephew; Dylan Cloud, aunties and cousins.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons; Eldon Jr. and Koda Cloud of Blackduck, daughter; Avery Cloud of Newtown, ND, mother; Jessie (Greg Hughes) Jones of Blackduck, special friend and the mother of his boys; Candace Grimes of Ponemah, brothers; Aaron (Michelle) Jones and Ronald (Della) Cloud, Jr. both of Ponemah, Curtis (Megan) Cloud, Sr. of Warroad and Kip Neadeau of Redby, sisters; Robin (Dewayne) Jones and Tara Cloud both of Ponemah, Tammi (Jason) Cloud, Bernadine Cloud and Jolene (Arlen) Cloud all of Warroad, special brothers; Harold Raincloud, Daniel Raincloud and Antone Cloud, numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Awake for Eldon will begin at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 16th and continue until his 10:00 a.m., traditional service on Friday, November 18th all being held at the Boys and Girls Club in Ponemah, MN. Steve Jackson will be his spiritual advisor. Pallbearers for Eldon will be Harold Raincloud, Jr., Daniel Raincloud, Dewayne French, Aaron Jones, Curtis Cloud, Sr. and Nicolas Jones. Alternate pallbearers are Tony Cloud and A.J. Johnson. His honorary pallbearers are Julius Fineday, Elbert White, Jr., Edwin Jones, Myron Jones, Sr., Terry Jones, Lowery Stillday, Tara Cloud, Tammi Cloud, Jolene Cloud, Ron Cloud, Jr., Bernie Cloud, Candace Grimes, Sharon Jones, Vicki Jones, Robin Jones, Taylor Jones, Jaycee Jones, Melvin Wilson, Tony Cloud, A.J. Johnson, Kip Neadeau, Lorenzo White and the rest of his nieces. Interment will be in the Family Burial Grounds at Ponemah following his Friday service.
