Harold "Zob" Keith Graves, Sr., 65 years old, of Red Lake, Minnesota began his spiritual journey from the Red Lake IHS Hospital on Wednesday, November 9th, 2016. He was born in Red Lake, Minnesota on March 6th, 1951 to Clyde and Irene (Sayers) Graves.

Harold was born and raised in Red Lake Minnesota. He attended school in Red Lake and graduated in 1969. After high school he completed his CDL Program. Harold held various job throughout his life, he worked for the Indian Action Program, he was a fisherman, he worked at the Thief River Seven Clans Casino, he worked for the Red Lake Hospital as a Transportation Driver, worked at Jordain-Perpich Extended Care Center and was a Personal Care Attendant for Adam. Harold enjoyed going to the casino, watching UFC, boxing, the games shows like Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune and The Price is Right. He loved to joke around with and tease his family and friends, he always had them laughing. Harold was always willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed listening and singing to all different kinds of music but he especially loved his oldies. Most of all, Harold loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandkids.

Family welcoming him home are his parents; Clyde and Irene Graves, daughter; Sheila Kingbird, brother; Duane Strong, sister; Carol Strong and many other relatives.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his special friend of 41 years Debra "Debi" Kingbird of Red Lake, sons; Harold (Wynona) Graves, Jr. of Minneapolis, Gerald (Kimberly) Kingbird, Sr. and Andrew (Ashley) Kingbird, Sr. both of Redby and Jason Graves of Red Lake, daughters; Kristy Graves of Minneapolis, Tracey (Jordan) Kingbird of Red Lake and Jasmine (Mannie) Kingbird of Bemidji, brothers; Clyde (Arlene) Graves, Jr. of Redby and Daryl (Patty) Graves of Brooklyn Center, sisters; Donna Graves of Red Lake, Florine (Tom) Chosa of Lacerne Valley, CA, Susan Graves of Red Lake and Clarissa (Kevin) Strong of Redby, special nephew; Adam Kingbird, 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and his friends.

A wake for Harold will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12th and continue until his service at 12:00 p.m., Monday, November 14th all being held at the Redby Community Center in Redby, MN. Margaret Porter will be his Spiritual Leader. Pallbearers for Harold will be Harold "Sonny" Graves, Jr., Gerald Kingbird, Sr., Andrew Kingbird, Sr., Jason Graves, Brian Graves, Joel Graves, Jordan May and Zachary Kingbird. His honorary pallbearers are Lief "Canuk" Saunders, Sherilyn Neadeau, Doug Stately, Tom Gurno, Rita Weise, Clayton Kingbird, Arlene "Leanie" Auginash, Adrian "EBB" Fairbanks, Gerald "Snoose" Stillday and all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Interment will be in the Graves Family Burial Grounds at Heart Lake following his Monday service.
