ND Attorney General weighs in on secret homicide investigation

FORT TOTTEN, ND (WDAZ-TV) - Still more questions than answers after a body was found last week.

Is there a killer on the loose? Authorities won't say.

The state's top law man says there isn't anything he can do about it. It's a jurisdiction issue, but what the North Dakota Attorney General says is concerning is not knowing if there is threat to the general public.
