I certify that they are physically and mentally able to participate in a mountain bike race without restriction. I understand this is a mountain bike race and there are some risks, which could result in injury. In signing this waiver, you are releasing the host facility, RLNMBRS organizers and staff from any medical responsibility for your child/children for any injury that might occur as a result of participating in the RLNMBRS. Furthermore, in signing this form you give permission for emergency medical or first aid treatment to be administered to your child/children if necessary. I also give permission for my child/children to be filmed or photographed for non-commercial event promotions.
