Probation for Crow Indian Reservation woman who helped husband kill, take eagle

CROW AGENCY - A Crow Indian Reservation woman who admitted she helped her husband kill and transport bald eagles was sentenced Thursday to probation.

Rhonda Birdinground was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Billings to three years of probation.

Birdinground pleaded guilty in February to unlawfully transporting illegally taken eagles, a felony.
