Beverly Avis Strong, 63 years old, of Red Lake, Minnesota passed away on Thursday, July 7th in Fargo, North Dakota. She was born on October 25, 1952 in Red Lake, MN, the daughter of Simon and Susan (Iyahbedub) Strong.

Bev enjoyed going for rides and hunting. She liked going to the casino when she could. Bev worked at Jourdain-Perpich Nursing Home, on and off for eight years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a fun-loving, caring person who enjoyed laughing and had a great sense of humor. Bev will be missed by all who knew her.

Family members that Bev joins again are her parents; Simon and Susan, son; Curtis, brothers; Larry, William, Robert, Henry, Thomas, sister; Dorothy Anderson, nieces; Janna and Cassandra, brother-in-laws; Bradley Senogles and John Anderson and the father of her sons; Roger Spears.

Family she leaves are her sons; Douglas (Renae Feather) Strong and Christopher (Mandy) Strong, sister; Alberta (Birdie) "Strong" Senogles, grandchildren; Laura, Wayne, Devin, Aria, Trystan and Micah Strong, her boyfriend of 20 years Fred Donnell, her puppy; Daisey, other relatives and many friends.

An overnight wake for Bev will begin at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 12th at the Old Little Rock Community Center in Red Lake and continue until her 2:00 p.m., service on Wednesday, July 13th at St. Mary's Catholic Church also in Red Lake. Father Jerry Rogers will officiate. Pallbearers for Bev will be Kevin Spears, Paul Jourdain, Jon Anderson, Frank Strong, William Strong and Terry Senogles. Alternate pallbearer is Corky Clark. Her honorary pallbearers are Heather Smith, Eva "Strong" Jones, Roberta Anderson, Roberta Hamilton, Rita Wiese, Denise May, Clarissa Strong, Joyce Strong and Becky Strong. Interment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at Red Lake following her Wednesday service.
