Christine Ann Thunder, age 82 of Redby, MN died Friday, July 1, 2016 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center, Bemidji surrounded by her family.

A time of sharing will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji. Memorial Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at St. Antipas Episcopal Church, Redby, MN with Fr. George Ross officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Antipas Episcopal Cemetery, Redby. Dinner following inurnment at the Redby Community Center.

Christine Ann Smith was born March 7, 1934 in Redby, Mn to Herman & Margaret (Jackson) Smith. She grew up and attended school in Redby. She married Maurice Thunder on Feb. 5, 1951 in Redby. Christine raised her family in Redby. She loved to cook, sew, garden, and make quilts.

Survived by her husband, Maurice Thunder, Redby, Mn; daughters, Candy (Fabian) Thunder, Ashland, Wisc.; Maureen (Dana) Lyons, Redby; Deanna (Rob) Pemberton, Redby; Barbara (Russell) Thunder, Redby; & Karen Thunder, Mpls.; Son Jerry (Steve) Thunder, Andover;

Special son, Harlow Spears, Redlake; 12 Grandchildren and 36 Great Grandchildren and a sister, Joyce Batdorf of Mpls.

Preceded in death by her Parents, a son Maurice Thunder Jr,; 6 brothers, 4 sisters and a granddaughter, TeAnn Lyons.
