Randall William Desjarlait, 65 years old, of Redby Minnesota was called home by his Lord Jesus on June 26th 2016. He was born in Red Lake, Minnesota on January 2nd 1951 to Leo Desjarlait, Sr. and Louise (Dudley) McDonald.
Randall spent a lot time working on and fixing cars. He like to hunt, cook food and spending time with his grand kids. Randall liked attending church and was a very active member of his church.
Those who knew Randall will miss him dearly.
Those welcoming him home are his parents; Leo, Sr. and Louise, three grandchildren, brother; Stewart Desjarlait, sisters; Gabriella Stillday, Eleanora Desjarlait and Kathy Desjarlait, aunts, uncles and other relatives.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons; Cory Desjarlait of Redby, Jordan Desjarlait of Minneapolis and Jeremy “Slim” May of Red Lake, daughters; Jennifer (Gene) Heard of Oklee, Brandie Desjarlait of St. Paul and Chalsea Desjarlait of Red Lake, brothers; Leo Jr., Douglas “Jack”, Fred, Don, David, and Arlen Desjarlait and Owen Beaulieu, sisters; Adrienne Champagne, Sharon Cook, Amy Desjarlait and Kay Green, grandchildren; Heaven, Kearstin, Ivalaya, Alicia, and Christopher Jordan and other family and friends.
An overnight wake for Randall will begin at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 29th at the Humanities Building in Red Lake and continue until his 11:00 a.m., funeral service on Thursday, June 30th at the Redby Community Church in Redby. Pastor Tom Pollock will officiate. Helping to lay Randall to rest are Loren Lyons, Jr., Corey J. Desjarlait, Brian Desjarlait, Nolan Desjarlait, Gene Heard, and Arlen “Oats” Desjarlait. Alternate pallbearer is Tom Desjarlait. His honorary pallbearers are Jack Desjarlait, Amy Desjarlait, Marvin Cook, Georgette Robertson, Glennis Dudley, Owen Beaulieu and Leo Desjarlait, Jr. Interment will be in the Redby Community Lutheran Cemetery at Redby following his Thursday service.
