Agnes Lois White, age 91, "Chibebe", of Federal Dam, Minnesota passed away on February 8th, 2016 at the Evergreen Terrace in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. She was born on November 5th, 1924 in Ryan's Village, MN, daughter of Frank and Emma (Jackson) White.

Agnes was a very good woman who lived a good long life. She did many various jobs throughout her life but what she spent her life was helping people out and doing community service projects. She helped to raise five of her grandchildren and two of her great grandchildren, one of which, Angela White, she raised from infancy. Agnes loved to play bingo, make fry bread and going rummage saleing. She enjoyed taking her grandchildren berry picking when they were young and loved to set net with her crazy "Uncle" Harry. Agnes was Minnesota Twins fanatic and watched them every chance she could. She was a special lady who will be greatly missed.

The family that Agnes reunites with are her parents; Frank and Emma, daughter; Betty Jane White-Howard, son; Frank White Sr., infant son; Charles, sisters; Evelyn Mitchell, Ima Bobolink and Lucy Ryan, brothers; Clarence, William and Benjamin White, great great granddaughter; Jeniyah White and great great grandson; Markell Morris.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter; Linda Morris of Cass Lake, son; Alvin White of Sugar Point, grandchildren; Susan Morris, Wallace Morris Jr., Joy (Reggie Beaulieu) Wakonabo, Larry (Sue Neadeau) White, Frank (Rhonda Butcher) White Jr. and Jolene Northbird all from Cass Lake, Sandy White and Stephanie (Eric Johnson) Day both of Sugar Point, 22 great grandchildren, 23 great great grandchildren, her special 4-legged friend "Chico", many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A wake for Agnes will begin at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 11th and continue until her 10:00 a.m. traditional service on Saturday, February 13th all being held at the Battle Point Community Center in Battle Point Minnesota. Steve Jackson will be her Spiritual Leader. Those helping to lay Agnes to rest are Larry White, Frank White, Jr., Austin Morris, Curtis Morris Raymond Geving and Shawn Monroe. Alternate pallbearer is Chad White. Her honorary pallbearers are Rose Marie White, Lavina Marion, Stella Mitchell, Gloria Beudreau, Joanne Staples and Clarice White. Interment will be in the Battle Point Cemetery at Battle Point following her Saturday service.
