Jean Arechigo Rhodes

Jean M. Arechigo Rhodes, 36, of Moorhead, MN, died Wednesday, September 23, 2015, in Sanford Palliative Care, Fargo, ND.

Jean Marie Arechigo was born October 6, 1978, the daughter of Arband Arechigo and Marlyce Bellanger in St. Paul, MN. She lived in Minneapolis with her family until moving to Moorhead at a young age. She was raised in Moorhead and graduated from Moorhead State High School.

Jean loved her family and nieces and nephews. She was always willing to lend a helping hand caring for her nieces and nephews. Every year she looked forward to the 4th of July family reunion picnic. She enjoyed listening to music, especially going out and listening to local bands, watching movies, sports and rooting for the Denver Broncos. Jean will always be remembered for her loving kind heart.

Jean is survived by her parents, Arband Arechigo, Moorhead, and Marlyce Bellanger, Cass Lake, MN; her siblings, Cheryl (Michael) Murphy, Lakeland, MN, Doug Arechigo, Fargo, Duane (Tabitha) Arechigo, Mora, MN, Colleen Anderson, St. Paul, Donald Arechigo, St. Croix Falls, WI, Samantha Neisen, Cass Lake, Jeremy Ince, Cass Lake and Steven Ince of Hackensack; twenty nieces and nephews; ten great-nieces and nephews; and many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Angel; paternal grandparents, Eloise and Joseph Arechigo; maternal grandparents Jacob and Alice Bellanger; and many uncles and aunts.

A Visitation for Jean will be one hour prior to her Memorial Service. Her Memorial Service will be Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at 2 PM in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
