LBUQUERQUE — A Sandia Pueblo man has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for assaulting a tribal police officer with a handgun.
Prosecutors say 21-year-old Ricardo Lamagna also was sentenced Thursday to three years of supervised release after serving his prison term.
Lamagna was arrested in August 2014 on a criminal complaint.
