Cass Lake man enters guilty plea in Wilton home invasion

BEMIDJI—A Cass Lake man charged with felony aiding and abetting burglary changed his plea in Beltrami County District Court on Tuesday.

Nathaniel Houle, 19, is charged with first-degree aiding and abetting burglary with a dangerous weapon. Houle pleaded not guilty March 23 and withdrew his plea Tuesday resulting in a guilty plea entered in court.

Houle was arrested in connection with a Wilton home invasion in December. Brett King, 21 and Paige King, 18, of Bemidji, were also arrested. Brett King was convicted of one count of felony first-degree burglary in possession of a dangerous weapon and two counts of felony second-degree assault on May 11. King was sentenced to seven years in prison.
