Students fleeing flood in Kashechewan left high and dry by Aboriginal Affairs

As of Wednesday, most of the Kashechewan First Nation in Ontario is empty.

Officials ordered everyone out of the community on the James Bay coast because of the threat of severe flooding.

It’s the fourth year in a row that flooding has forced the evacuation of the entire community.
