Drug charges against Wilton man dismissed

BEMIDJI—Charges against a man accused of selling marijuana were dismissed Wednesday in Beltrami County District Court.

Cody Graser, 19, was facing felony fifth-degree drug sale charges after law enforcement responded to an armed home invasion call and discovered marijuana on the property where Graser lives in Wilton. Graser and two other men were victims of a burglary in December. When marijuana was found, the three were arrested.
