Bemidji Lacrosse Adult Program

Bemidji - The *Northern Indigenous Lacrosse Team Camp* will be held at the Bemidji lacrosse fields this Sunday, April 26 from noon to 6 pm. The event is open to youth and adult beginner or experienced players. There will be

exhibition games featuring youth programs from Bemidji, White Earth, Red Lake, Leech Lake and Lower Sioux communities from noon to 1 pm.

A one hour skills clinic will be held at 1:15 pm featuring Cam Bomberry, one of the most accomplished lacrosse coaches and players in the world and assistant coach of the 2014 World Champion Bronze Medalists Iroquois Nationals.

The traditional Ojibwe wooden stick ball game will be played at 2:30 pm followed by three hours of youth and adult age division 4 on 4 games in contact, non contact and wooden stick play.

There is a $20 Individual fee and $75 Five Person Team fee. There is no charge to watch the events.

Bemidji Lacrosse Adult Program

Bemidji Lacrosse is starting an adult men and women program with three nights a week skills training and games in May. All area beginning and experienced players are welcome. Players will focus on semi contact

lacrosse with gear that may be available for loan.

The sessions begin May 3 and end May 28 and will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30 to 7:45 pm at the Bemidji Lacrosse Fields.

The program fee is $29 plus US Lacrosse membership fee of $50 for a total of $79. Individual practice sessions are $5 each plus US Lacrosse membership.
