Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council Removes President From Office

RAPID CITY, S.D. - The Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council has removed President Cyril "Whitey" Scott from office.

The council made the move Tuesday, resolving a period of uncertain leadership that afflicted the south-central South Dakota tribe for much of Scott's time in office.
