Sanford Bemidji Diabetes Education presents Living Well with Diabetes

BEMIDJI, Minn. - Sanford Bemidji Diabetes Education is hosting its free "Living Well with Diabetes" gathering from 4 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, in Conference Room C at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center (hospital). Attendees do not need to register ahead of time.

Brittany Crawford, RD, LD, CDE, a dietitian and diabetes educator at Sanford Bemidji will host an informal presentation, "Carbohydrate counting using food models."

"Living Well with Diabetes" meetings offers information and support for managing diabetes. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m. at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center. The meetings are designed for people interested in learning about health and wellness as it relates to diabetes management. Anyone living with diabetes, anyone who has a family member or friend living with diabetes or individuals interested in learning more about diabetes are welcome to attend.
