Dora Louise Hart, 94, of Red Lake, MN died Friday, April 3, 2015 at the Red Lake Hospital in Red Lake, MN.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Red Lake, Minnesota with Father Jerry Rogers officiating. A wake will begin 3:00 pm, Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at the Little Rock Community Center in Red Lake, MN, and will continue until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be at the St. John's Episcopal Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.

She was born July 17, 1920, in Red Lake, MN the daughter of Adam and Mary (Beaulieu) Lussier. She was raised and educated in Red Lake. Dora married Francis Frederick Hart in Red Lake, MN, and to this union they had 8 children. She obtained her GED and began her employment with the Red Lake School District, retiring after 38 years. She enjoyed helping the students with math and reading. She was a member of the Red Lake Enrollment Committee, serving for 19 years. She enjoyed hunting with her sons, and taking rides in the woods. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She was so proud watching her children and grandchildren dance at Pow-wows. She will be missed by many including her dogs Muck and Ollie.

Marjorie Morgenstern of Minneapolis, MN,

Sammi Jo (Jim) Maher of Coon Rapids, MN,

Sisters, Patsy White of Red Lake, MN,

Melvina (Paul) Smith of Red Lake, MN,

33 Grandchildren, 49 Great-Grandchildren,

and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sons Giles, Howard, and Milton, daughter Sherrill Lindquist, grandchildren Laurel Stewart, Mark Hart, and Quinton Roy Sr., brothers Charlie Lussier, Jim Lussier, and Richard Lussier, sisters Laura Barrett, Anna Garrigan, Elsie Sayers, Angie Hurr, and Rose McFarland.

Active Casketbearers will be: Dora's Grandsons Rion Morgenstern, Sky Morgenstern, Nodin Morgenstern, Craig Whipple, Kenton Whipple, Glen Whipple, Darren Stewart, Milton Palacio, with alternates: Jay, Howard, Julian, Scott, Tim, Quinton Jr., Dallas, and Jeremy.

Honorary Casketbearers will be: Dora's Granddaughters Kris, Eva, Erica, Meg, Dawn, Jan, Jennifer, Angie, Lisa, Janey, Nunny, Molly, and the Members of the Red Lake Enrollment Committee.
