Frances M. Pell, age 83 of St. Paul, MN passed away peacefully in her sleep at Cerenity Care in St. Paul rehabilitating until she could return home at Elders Lodge in St. Paul.

Frances was born on February 1, 1931 to Robert W. & Nellie (Strong) Spears in Red Lake, MN. She graduated from Marty High School, class of 1950, Marty, South Dakota. She married John Pell, Jr.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Pell, Jr., 2 sisters, Mary & Juleen; brothers, Leonard, Robert Michael & Robert William.

Survived by her sisters, Alberta Jackson, Charlotte (William) Monette, & Roberta Boyd; brothers, James (Maria) Spears & William (Ruth) Spears; many nieces, nephews & friends.
